Scott Hickey, Director of Agronomy
Scott Hickey has more than 20 years of experience as a golf course superintendent. He joined Hardscrabble in 1997 after serving as golf course superintendent at Las Colinas Country Club in Dallas. Host of the PGA Nationwide Tour for 13 consecutive years, Scott ensures that Hardscrabble's 160 acres of verdant rolling hills and trees remain luxuriant.


Tim Belcher. Golf Superintendent Assistant
A 21- year veteran of grounds maintenance, Tim Belcher joined Hardscrabble in 2006 after serving as golf course superintendent at Cobblestone Creek Country Club in Muskogee. Tim oversees the golf course maintenance staff and beautification of the club grounds.

Fermin Mendoza, Golf Superintendent Assistant
Since joining Hardscrabble in 1997, Fermin Mendoza has worked diligently, hand watering the greens and protecting the bent grass from summer heat. Thanks to his meticulous care, members enjoy magnificent putting surfaces throughout the seasons.
